David Cook is Worth My 50 Minutes on the Elliptical

Thank you David Cook for making my 50-minute elliptical struggling worthwhile!! Hopped on the machine at 6pm last Wednesday just in time for AI to start at Star World. Told myself I would start on the abductors and what-not as soon as David Cook and JAson Castro did their thing. Lo and behold, last Wednesday they were the last two. With numb thighs I pedaled my way through whining Kristy, disappointing Brooke and unsurprisingly "technically good" Syesha. At 40 minutes I told myself, this is no longer good, my legs are already overworked, I better get down lest I repeat that classic post-bicycle scene from Bridget Jones... but NOO. I had to see how David Cook was going to do Mariah Carey... hmmm that didnt come out right but you get the picture.

And then, at minute 50 came Always Be My Baby.

Thank you thank you David! For my 2 lbs sweated off and your glorious performance. I most certainly hope you are it.
