typical decor for restaurants by the bay... before the sun goes down and the party starts when the lights become glitzier and the air denser. there are close to 30 establishments by the bay, around a dozen biggish restaurants and maybe twice as many food stalls lined along roxas avenue. at a time, there will be around 7 to ten bands playing. the music (acoustic + rock + r&b + new wave) is as diverse as the food (chinese + filipino + spanish + american).
